Consult production manager for rates when metallic or other special inks are required. Cover rates and other preferred positions available on request, subject to prior sale. Please consult your advertising representative for information on special insert programs. No charge for bleed. 15% agency commission for bona fide advertising agencies if payment is made within 30 days of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% will be charged on all invoices over 30 days. Frequency rates are based on the total number of insertions within a one-year (12-issue) period.

Advertisers will be short-rated if, within a one-year (12-issue) period, they have not used the amount of space upon which their billings have been based. Advertisers will be rebated if, within a one-year (12-issue) period, they have used sufficient additional space to warrant a lower rate than that at which they have been billed. Rebates will be applied ONLY to future advertising space costs and cannot be paid in cash.

Contract Conditions
"Minimum Rate Holder": 1/4 page. Terms: Net 30 days. All advertisements for Professional Jeweler publications are published based upon the representation that the advertiser and/or advertising agency have the full authority to publish the material submitted. The advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold Professional Jeweler harmless from and against any loss, expense or other liability resulting from claims or suits for copyright or trademark infringement, plagiarism, violation of right of privacy, libel and any other claims or suits that may arise out of publication of such advertisement. Professional Jeweler reserves the right to reject or exclude advertising copy that, in its opinion, is misleading, unfair, unethical, in bad taste or otherwise inappropriate or incompatible with the character of Professional Jeweler.

Professional Jeweler is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond it's control (including typical force majeure events).

Orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions of the current advertising rate card. Professional Jeweler reserves the right to change rates upon notice. Contracts may be cancelled at the time a change in rates becomes effective without incurring a short-rate adjustment, provided the contract rate has been earned up to the date of cancellation. Position requests are accepted but not guaranteed.
