The club provides a technical forum for horologists who service certified chronometer watches. It aims to raise the level of the profession’s craftsmanship and quality standards.

The club publishes a technical newsletter, The Communicator, and maintains an Internet forum and personal directories. Dues are $20 annually in the U.S. and Canada. Contact President Ewell Hartman, 5114 Downy Lane #203, Richmond, VA 23228; ewellhartman@ msn.com.
