True Red & Blue

Patriotism started it, but designers soon learned these contrasting colors look great together

Since Sept. 11, red, white and blue have bolstered the American spirit in many products, including jewelry. In particular, red and blue gems are hot, alone or combined, in yellow or white metal. Even European designers demonstrated solidarity by featuring the colors in trade shows earlier this year.

Display this jewelry in your windows as well as in showcases to catch the attention of passersby who may find them an unexpectedly delightful way to show their patriotism.
A good selection of red and blue jewelry could add another color to your store this coming holiday season: some green for your cash register.
