Three Sides to the Story

Trilliant cuts and triangular shapes are a new jewelry angle

Triangular-cut diamonds and three-sided jewelry are perfect choices for anyone looking for something different.

“Commitment and three-stone rings where trilliant diamonds embrace a princess-cut or radiant-cut center diamond are highly desirable,” says David Cooper, G.G., of Jeff Cooper Inc., Carle Place, NY. “We sell mostly from 0.20 to 0.33 carat weights.”
Triangular cuts tend to be more expensive per carat than other cuts – the rough is more difficult to come by. So focus on this positive point: they appear larger than they are.
