Not since Wonder Woman have cuffs received so much attention from consumers. March's Elle featured a stack of them, in shiny finishes, sometimes ornamented, but always dramatic. In the fall the magazine used cuffs in several fashion spreads, noting the influence of African styles and hippie chic as other reasons for their resurgence.
