The waterfall necklace is attention-grabbing and the latest in jewelry fashion, InStyle's Marion Fasel and Penny Proddow say . These necklaces, which feature rows of chains or gemstones that flow vertically down in the front, are growing in popularity and were spotted at the fall Oscar de la Renta show.
Fasel and Proddow suggest pairing a waterfall necklace with a simple, skin-baring top to create an extreme look that will draw everyone's attention. Featured in InStyle's Fall Fashion Special Issue is a panel necklace with emeralds and aquamarines by Mallary Marks, a gold vermeil choker with hand-set red tiger eye, carnelian and rutile quartz by Simon Alcantara and a gold-plated necklace with pink and green faceted tourmaline beads.
