The slender little watch has been reborn, according to In Style's fall fashion special issue The Look. Some designers have spiced up the traditional small watch with edgy and elegant elements. "Tissot's skinny has a sidecar. Dior's Diorific Trailer plays off the perforated leather of a vintage Cadillac's upholstery," reports In Style. Other designers have kept their small watches "clean and lean with steel bracelets, red straps or a sprinkling of diamonds."

Featured in The Look is a steel square with a leather band by Emporio Armani, a Dior watch with a red reflector dial, a Tissot Temptation with a leather band, a mother-of-pearl face on a satin strap from Corum, a Gucci linked steel watch with diamonds and a Coach Studio watch with stainless links.
