Fall and Winter Watch Styles
Everyone needs a watch, and having many watches is even better. During the last two months, the consumer press has been flooded with articles about the latest watch styles. In Style's fall fashion guide The Look featured slender and small watches. September's Elle showed watches with jewel-tone satin straps, and October's In Style featured watches with mother-of-pearl faces.
The coverage of watches doesn't end there. The October issue of men's magazine Maxim showed square-faced timepieces by Hamilton, Longines and Corum in its fashion news. Town & Country featured black-faced watches with white metals and brown crocodile straps in its October issue, and In Style had a five-page feature on celebrity watches in its November issue.
Watches featured in Town & Country include: a Bedat & Co. No. 7 ChronoPocket watch, a Panerai Luminor Marina watch, a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin watch, a Baume & Mercier CapeLand watch, a Piaget ultrathin Altiplano watch in white gold and a Zenith Port Royale V Elite watch.
The In Style feature on celebrities' favorite watches shows timepieces from Piaget, Alfred Dunhill, Bulgari, Ikepod, Ebel, Panerai, Lalique, Tag Heuer, Fred Leighton, Michele Watches, David Yurman, Corum and Maurice Lacroix.
