Keepsake Holds Contest
Keepsake Diamond Jewelry, a division of Frederick Goldman Inc. in New York City, invites recently engaged men to share their marriage proposals for a prize in its "Knock It Out of the Ballpark" contest.
The contestant whose proposal is deemed the most imaginative will win a $5,000 Keepsake diamond engagement ring. Keepsake will promote the contest during Major League Baseball's exhibition season. The company recruited celebrity judges, including Eileen Livers, author of the Unofficial Guide to Planning Your Wedding; Monica Bernstein Levine, a bridal magazine editor; Mary Rose Almasi, executive editor of Modern Bride and Richard Goldman, president of Keepsake.
The contest complements Keepsake's widespread consumer advertising campaign, which debuted this year.
