New Publishers Named at Professional Jeweler

The Board of Directors of Bond Communications has named Lee Lawrence the new publisher of Professional Jeweler magazine. He succeeds Charles M. Bond, who remains president of Bond Communications, parent of Professional Jeweler. Arthur Mazzone was named associate publisher of the magazine.

Lawrence, formerly sales manager for Professional Jeweler, will direct the magazine division of the company. His booth-assignment duties for The Professional Jeweler Show will be taken over by the company's show division, directed by James E. Reed.

Bond, in his role as president of the company, will continue to provide strategic vision for and direct the overall business growth of Bond Communications, as well as serve as a liaison with industry leaders.

Mazzone will work with the Professional Jeweler sales team to enhance the quality and scope of the magazine's sales efforts. He, like Bond and Lawrence, was a founding member of the Bond Communications team and has spent the past three years with the magazine as a regional sales manager, a position he will continue to maintain.
