Charleen Wuellner was promoted to the position of president of Gordon's Jewelers and its 307 stores. She previously held the position of president of Zales Outlet. Steve Strong was promoted to president of Zales Outlet. He was previously the senior vice president of operations for Zales Outlet.
Sue Davidson was appointed president of Zale.com. She will lead the development of Zale's Web-based business including site development, online sales, marketing, fulfillment and customer relationship management. Previously, she was president of Gordon's Jewelers.
"As part of our long term strategy, we have tapped four proven managers who we believe will successfully lead each business in further refining product quality and mix, store productivity and brand differentiation," says DiNicola. All four executives will report to Mary Forte, executive vice president and chief merchandise officer of Zale Corp.
