Richemont Shuffles Watch Brand Managers

Richemont has announced three executive changes effective April 1 at several of its watch brands. Philippe Bonay, vice president of marketing for Piaget and Officine Panerai will become president of the Panerai brand. Robert Filotei, who was overseeing Panerai and Piaget, will remain president of Piaget, which will now become fully independent.

Eveline Jones, most recently vice president of Cartier's wholesale division for North America, will become president of International Watch Company. Jones succeeds Mark Bernhardt, who returned to Switzerland as the IWC's international sales and marketing chief. IWC is expected to consolidate its headquarters from Winchester, VA, to New York City.

Scott Rosen, who was head of East Coast regional sales for Vacheron Constantin, has been named its president. He succeeds Jean-Michel Paray, who moved to China to direct Vacheron Constantin in the Far East.

The Richemont Watch Division of North America includes these brands plus Baume & Mercier, A. Lange & Sohne and Jaeger LeCoultre. Its executive offices are located at 645 Fifth Avenue in New York City. A. Lange & Sohne will, however, continue to be based in Germany due to its limited U.S. distribution.
