AGS Lab Offers Discounts
A new loyalty program will discount diamond-grading prices to customers through the Preferred Clients program of the American Gem Society Laboratories.
AGSL offers cumulative annual volume pricing to Preferred Clients customers. Tiered levels of pricing are offered based on the number of carats sent to the grading lab, beginning at 500 carats.
"We have developed the Preferred Clients program to demonstrate our commitment and dedication to our customers," says Steven Biegler, director of operations, AGSL. "This loyalty program helps us solidify our relationships with frequent customers, as well as supply incentives for new ones."
AGSL says it will continue its commitment to customer service by providing a five-business-day turnaround for grading results. Lab staffing has increased in the past yearto meet the demand for AGSL certificates.
