Major Retailers Join DDC Web Trading Program

Buyers for Sterling Jewelers Inc., Saks Fifth Ave. and Hannoush Jewelers, representing more than 1,100 retail outlets across the country, have recently joined the Diamond Dealers Club's Web-based Diamond Trading Platform, says DDC President Jacob Banda. Other retail members include Fortunoff and Harry Winston. "By simply accessing our easy-to-use Trading Platform, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers can buy and sell with confidence," says Banda.

Retailers who join the Trading Platform can search for white and fancy color diamonds or lots. Retailers can buy quality stones at the most competitive prices in the marketplace, says DDC. The Trading Platform's Buy/Sell area allows retailers to move inventory quickly or buy specific goods in the variety of networks available including those that focus on diamonds, gems, jewelry and fine watches.

Established in 1931, the Diamond Dealers Club is the oldest and largest diamond-trading bourse in the U.S.
