M. Geller Acquires Amy L. Levine Designs

M. Geller Ltd., a Chicago, IL, loose diamond distributor, acquired Amy L. Levine Designs, New York City. The move gives Geller four lines of branded, designer jewelry from an already established designer to complement its loose diamond business. Amy Levine, a member of design groups such as the International Jewelry Design Guild and the Contemporary Design Group, manufactures a wide range of 18k and platinum diamond jewelry.

Levine will assume the title of creative director at M. Geller. Her company manufactures everyday jewelry collections featuring fashion-conscious diamond and colored gemstone designs, plus a bridal collection of contemporary-style semimounts and bands in platinum and 18k gold. She also designs M. Geller Originals By Amy Levine, which are limited edition and one-of-a-kind pieces, and M. Geller Better Basics featuring 14k gold studs and pendants.

M. Geller was founded in 1984 by Marc Geller to provide loose diamonds to jewelry retailers nationwide. The company has more than 5,000 certified diamonds and places a priority on customer service.
