Stuller Honored with AGS Lifetime Achievement Award

The American Gem Society honored Matthew Stuller, chairman and CEO of manufacturer Stuller Inc. and a member of the GIA Board of Governors, with its AGS Lifetime Achievement Award during the AGS Circle of Distinction dinner in New York on Aug. 1.

The Lifetime Achievement Award, one of the highest honors an individual can receive from AGS, was established to acknowledge those who have made significant contributions to the industry throughout their career. According to AGS, Stuller was selected for his service to the jewelry industry and lasting contributions to his community.

"I have always admired the AGS for its relentless efforts and its success in professionalizing jewelers and creating standards of excellence," says Stuller. "I am humbled and honored to be selected this year for the Lifetime Achievement recognition."

"On behalf of the GIA Board of Governors, I congratulate Matt Stuller on receiving the AGS Lifetime Achievement Award," says Helene Fortunoff, chairman of the board. "Known for his business acumen and work ethic, he is respected throughout the jewelry industry. His dedication to family and philanthropy completes the picture of this exemplary governor."
