    CHANGE OF ADDRESS

    If you need to submit a change of address for your subscription, it will facilitate processing if you can include your subscriber number on the form below. Address changes can still be processed without your subscriber number but it may cause a delay. You can find your subscriber number on the mailing label that appears on your issues as shown below:

    Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for address change to process. Changes submitted by the 25th of the month will be effective the second month after submission. For example, if you submit you address change by April 25, the change will be effective on your June issue.
